Imprint Type Choices
Zeus Merch offers a varity of imprint types to meet your decorating needs. Type availability is determined by item and imprint location.
1 Color
1 Color imprinting allows only one color in your design which is printed on your item. It usually involves screen printing, pad printing or transfer techniques. Often exact imprint color matches cannot be guaranteed on dark colored items. Zeus Merch will choose the most appropriate technique to obtain high visibility for your artwork.
Full Color
Full Color imprinting allows multiple colors in your design which is printed on your item. It commonly involves cutting edge industrial digital printers which allow fine halftones and an expanded color range to capture the sharpness of the design and then transfer it to the product. Exact color matches are not possible due to printing CMYK + white versus specific ink colors.
Embroidery
Embroidery allows multiple colors in your design which is sewn on your item. It involves digitally driven embroidery machines and is usually limited to 7 different thread colors and up to 10,000 stitches from the embroidery machine. Please call us if you need a logo larger than 10,000 stitches for a custom quote. Zeus Merch will recommend the thread colors that best match your logo and provide a stitched proof of your logo for approval before sending to production.
Laser Engraving
Laser Engraving allows one contrasting imprint color as determined by your item’s surface material after the laser beam etches it. The etching contrast varies from light to dark based on the item. While you cannot choose your imprint color, Laser Engraving does provide a precise, clean, distinguished appearance and forever imprint. Laser Engraving involves a digitally driven laser etching your design.
Deboss Stamping
Deboss Stamping is a classic method that allows you to leave an impression of your logo in a material’s surface. While you cannot choose your imprint color, it does provide a classy, subtle and forever imprint. Deboss Stamping involves a specially created stamp of your design being impressed onto your item.
Color Disclaimer
Color calibration varies from monitor to monitor, so the color in a product image may vary from the actual colors of the physical product. It is recomended that, if an exact color match is required, you order a sample to determine exact color and/or shade.
