ORDER PROCESS OVERVIEW
Once you place your order, you’ll immediately receive an email confirmation with your order number. Within 48 hours you will receive the production mockup based on what you mocked up on the site. If we are using embroidery to embellish your design, you will receive a sew-out of your design. This may take up to a week. There you’ll have the opportunity to approve it, or make suggestions for changes and improvements (remember, all of your artwork for an order is FREE. We don’t charge for art design and prep!). Once you’ve approved the production mockup we will go into production. To keep things rolling, if we don't hear from you within two weeks, we'll move your order straight to production and notify you.
What kind of artwork should I upload?
The higher the resolution the better. AI or EPS vector artwork files work the best.
Do you keep my art on file?
Yes! We keep your artwork on file in your Saved Designs cloud storage to make reordering and using your art on other products simple and easy!
Can I specify a PMS / Pantone color for my print?
Yes! For a One-Color Imprint you can specify a Pantone color. Keep in mind any products with a Full Color Imprint, due to printing process limitations, exact Pantone color matching isn’t possible. For your Pantone color request, just let your Zeus Artist know what is needed in the Art Notes when ordering or during the art approval process.
What about Trademarked logos?
If we use artwork you have supplied to imprint your product, you are warranting that you have unrestricted right and authority to use and distribute that artwork.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How fast will I get my order?
Ready to Ship production times are listed for every item on the site. This is the number of business days it takes to print your item after you’ve approved the design / art for production. The number of days for delivery depends on the shipping method you choose. As part of the order process we show you the shipping charges for ground, 2-day and next day shipment.
Do you ship worldwide?
At this time, shipping is restricted to the United States. It is best to work with our Customer Care team on any special needs.
What Carriers do you use and how will my order be delivered?
All package orders will be shipped via FedEx or FedEx Freight, depending on the destination and weight/size of the shipment. We take extra care in packaging your order and make sure it gets inspected by the carrier before being shipped. If you need to make special delivery arrangements, please enter those notes in the shipping reference or call our Customer Care team.
What type of payments do you accept?
We proudly accept all major credit cards (VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express), plus PayPal.
When do you charge my credit card? Do you require pre-payment?
We ‘authorize’ your card once your order is ready to go into production, but we do not collect the funds until your order ships.
GENERAL ORDERING INFO
What if I receive more or less than I ordered?
We charge you only for what you ordered. In the unlikely event we ship fewer than ordered, you’ll be charged only for what you received.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel at any time before your order goes into production. Once items enter production, we can no longer accept a cancellation or changes to your order. If you need to change your order before then for any reason contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Will I see a proof before my order goes into production?
Yes! We will never go into production until a Zeus Artist review your art and you have been sent a design / art mockup for approval.
My Grand Total states $0.00! Is my order free?
Glitches may occur from time to time and we cannot honor pricing discrepancies such as $0.00 or penny pricing. If you have a question regarding an item’s availability, please contact us. We thank you for your patience while we optimize your shopping experience!
Where can I find Coupon Codes?
We send weekly specials and coupon codes to our subscribers and post them on social media. Please subscribe to receive our special e-mail offers or follow us on social media. We may offer special pricing from time to time, however these discounts will not be honored on orders that have already been placed. Coupon codes are applied to merchandise total only and may not be combined.
When will my order arrive?
Sign in to your account to verify your estimated delivery date. Typically, our orders do arrive by the date provided, but time requirements for the printing process or delays in art approval may cause your order to arrive later than originally estimated.
Do you charge sales tax?
We collect all applicable taxes for goods and services shipped into Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Carolina and California. If you are based in one of these states and are exempt from state sales taxes, let us know and we will resolve it.
Can I see a sample?
Yes! We’re happy to send you a sample of an item(s) you’re considering typically for a small fee. Our sample service is intended to help those who are seriously considering an item or are looking for ideas.
Can I get a discount on super high volume?
Now we’re talking! Contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
What if I’m unhappy with my order?
If you’re unhappy with your order because the product is defective or the imprint quality isn’t 'up to par' just contact your Customer Care Representative and we’ll rerun your order or refund your money. We’ll even pay the shipping to get the problem product returned. We are in this for the long-haul and will work with you to be sure you’re 100% satisfied. Really!
